Will I be charged tax on my order?

-All orders for coffee or tea pods on CoffeePodsDepot.com will NOT be taxed.  However, coffee brewers will be subject to a 7% sales tax, in accordance with state law.

How will my order be shipped?

-Coffee Pods Depot currently ships both UPS ground and through the United States Postal Service to deliver our products to your door in a timely manner.  We reserve the right to use other carriers if we feel it is in the customer's best interest.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

-We are currently charging a flat rate of $8.99 on all orders, regardless of size. 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

-Most orders will ship from our location within 1 or 2 business days of your order being placed.  In cases where an item is on backorder, we will notify the buyer if we expect not to have the order in stock within 2 business days, otherwise, the order will be shipped as soon as our supply is received.  Currently, we are not shipping orders on weekends.

Can I return my Coffee Pods Depot order?
