What if my company falls outside your sales region?

-While we are currently only offering local delivery to New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, we will ship to anywhere in the country via UPS or USPS.  If you need something faster, we will gladly ship it to you overnight.  However, we are not offering service agreements to those customers located outside our sales region, but will gladly get you in touch with one of our experienced service technicians to assist you.

How do your services work?

New equipment at little or no cost to you.  We will offer your company a brand new coffee brewer as well as any accessories upon your approval of a loan agreement, which merely states that you will purchase all your coffee needs through us.  **Please note that a minimum monthly order may be required for free equipment, else a small leasing fee will be applied.

Quick, reliable service.  As we strive to satisfy everyone in your workplace, we guarantee service within 24 hours of your call to us.  If for any reason we cannot quickly correct the problem, a new brewer will be provided at no additional cost to you.  Therefore, you can rest assured that your employees remain happy because as everyone knows, happy workers make productive workers.

A selection to satisfy every taste.  Throughout our time in the industry, one thing that we have learned is that there is no one product offering that can satisfy every customer.  It is for this reason that we consistently add new products to our selections, ensuring that no one at your workplace is removed from having a delicious beverage of their choice.

-At Tri-State Vending Inc. we offer everything from your standard coffee pot brewer, whether it be pourover or plumbed-in, one or five burner, to the newest single-cup technologies available.  While our experience has certainly led us to develop our own favorites, our job is to satisfy you and your employees.  This means that we will locate whatever brands you desire to satisfy your needs.  Following is a brief presentation of some of our offerings:

Bunn-O-Matic.  If it's a traditional coffee brewing solution you require, then a Commercial Bunn-O-Matic brewing system is your answer.  With everthing from one-burner pourover models to five-burner plumbed-in models, we have a Bunn brewer to meet your needs. 

Wolfgang Puck CafeXpress System.  This cutting edge American-made coffeemaker does more than any single cup brewing system available. It freshly brews coffee pods, adds natural milk and cocoa based on nearly 100 programmable drink recipes, and delivers a finely crafted drink with every selection.  The CafeXpress brews the following drinks: Brewed coffee, latte, cappuccino, mocha, mochaccino, espresso, hot cocoa, hot tea, americano, tea latte, café au lait and milk steamers and shot of milk.  The machine comes in two versions and is ideal for commercial applications in office and foodservice environments.  The CafeXpress internally auto-ejects spent pods and is designed for high-volume operation and requires little maintenance.  Another great feature of the CafeXpress system is that it offers your company a way to be part of the environmental solution without sacrificing on the quality of your coffee program.  We currently offer biodegradable and compostable coffee pods, as well as biodegradeable BioBag waste bags, and recycled waste containers.  Our customers are thrilled with being able to compost part of their office waste, as coffee grounds are a nutrient-rich addition to garden compost.

Cafejo Single Cup Systems.  Now you can satisfy everyone's taste. Simply choose your favorite kind of coffee or tea and brew. It doesn't get much easier than that. No more pots to clean and no more wasted coffee. You just get a hot and fresh cup of coffee or tea at the touch of a button. Cafejo's patented auto-eject system dispenses the used pod into a trash bin located inside of the brewer. No cleanup required. (These brewers require plumbing)
